Permissions:
Contacts: The app allows you to select from your contacts when you are setting up a message.
Read and Write Texts: PreText needs these permissions to store the messages you send through the app in your message history. The app does not read your messages.
Send Messages: Well, that's what the app does. It never sends a message that you haven't explicitly set up and asked to send.
Network: This permission is only used to display ads. The app itself doesn't need any network access.
